Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal

All subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card.

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

In addition to subscription fees, clients may incur usage-based charges including:

Phone number usage

SMS/MMS messaging

Voice calls

Number intelligence services

Local Phone Number: $1.15/month

Toll-Free Number: $2.15/month

SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound/outbound)

MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01–$0.02 inbound

Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085–$0.0220/min inbound

Number Intelligence: $0.005–$0.01 per function

Rates are subject to carrier and provider adjustments.

Digital Wallet & Auto Top-Up

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage charges.

When wallet funds fall below a set threshold, the system automatically charges the card on file based on the client’s selected auto-top-up preference.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Savvy Media Marketing LLC are final and non-refundable, including:

Subscription fees

Setup fees

Usage charges

Our services are custom-built, immediately initiated, and non-reversible once delivery begins.

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered.

If a chargeback is filed:

We reserve the right to provide proof of agreement, service delivery, and platform usage.

Fraudulent disputes may result in collections action.

You may be responsible for recovery costs, legal fees, and collection expenses.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel at any time.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for unused portions of prepaid terms.

Delivery of Services

Services are considered rendered and fulfilled once:

The client’s website has been completed and delivered

Platform and automation setup has been finalized

Onboarding assistance is provided but is not required for fulfillment.

Free Trials & Promotions

From time to time, Savvy Systems AI may offer free trials or promotional discounts.

Limited setup may occur during a trial.

Full services begin once billing starts.

Promotions do not alter the terms of this agreement.

Payment Failures & Suspension

If a payment fails:

We will attempt up to 4 retries over a 3-week period.

If unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, account access may be suspended.

Services will resume once payment is successfully processed.

Consent & Agreement

By purchasing services or checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm:

You waive the right to initiate chargebacks for rendered services

Changes to Terms
